For the Impatient In Moodle you install LTI tools as an External Tool.

1. Turn editing On.
2. Click "Add Activity or Resource".
3. Choose "External Tool"
4. Fill in the key and secret you received when you requested an LTI key.  The url is https://openochem.org/ooc/tsugi/mod/openochem/
